PURPOSE/MISSION NEW MT. ZION LAYMEN

The purpose/mission of the Laymen Ministry of New Mt. Zion parallels   with   the   responsibility   expectations   of   each   layman. Specifically, the efforts of all laymen will be focused toward supporting the Pastor and supporting the total programs of the church.

Some of the methods planned to achieve this task are to enlist and coordinate the manpower of New Mt. Zion to ensure that our activities are organized and productive. Maintaining and cultivating a Christian walk as Laymen is key to the success of the Laymen Ministry (No Growth. No Life). It is imperative that the unsaved are sought out and the opportunity for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is offered. Thus the challenge to inspire men to support the goals of New Mt. Zion remains a primary focus.
